Student Portal FAQ

Hello, what can we help you with?

Account Support

I attended a public course hosted by CI Agile, how do I access my account to take my exam?

Immediately following your public course, CI Agile will provide all students with the ScrumLab login credential (username, password). If you did not receive the email, please reach out to our customer support at [email protected] to get further assistance. If you did receive the email:

  1. Go to scrumlab.scruminc.com
  2. Login using the credential (username, password) that you receive from CI Agile.
  3. Access your exam, credential, and badge on your student dashboard

When I log in to the ScrumLab platform, I’m unable to access or watch the videos in the “Bonus Content” Module. How do I fix this?

All course content videos are hosted on Vimeo. If videos are not loading properly, troubleshoot video playback issues with this Vimeo link or reach out to your company’s IT department to ensure there are no firewall issues.

Can I access the ScrumLab platform on my iPad or mobile device?

The ScrumLab platform and course modules are mobile-friendly and accessible from multiple devices.

I previously created a ScrumLab account, but can’t access it now. What do I do?

The reset password function is the quickest, easiest way to access your account if you’re having difficulties. Go to scrumlab.scruminc.com/reset and enter the email address used to create your account.

I have not previously created a ScrumLab account, how do I access my account and take my exam?

If you have not previously registered an account with ScrumLab, create an account utilizing the credential (username, password) given by CI Agile.
  1. Go to scrumlab.scruminc.com
  2. Login to the system using the credential provided by CI Agile.
  3. Access your exam, credential, and badge on your student dashboard

The reset password feature isn’t working. What’s going on?

Check Junk and Spam folders. If a password reset email did not arrive in your inbox at all, send an email to [email protected] with your full name and organization. Students are usually unable to access their account from the reset password feature when an incorrect email address is given at purchase.

I have issues logging into the platform with my work email. Is my organization’s firewall preventing me from accessing the course?

In some instances, we have had students have difficulties accessing the ScrumLab platform entirely due to firewall settings and organization security. Past students have found success in accessing the SS4T platform on another device (this course is mobile-friendly and user-friendly on iPads) or reaching out to their organization’s IT department to whitelist the SS4T URL.

I have taken an Agile Education by Scrum Inc. course, can I claim PDUs from the PMI for my class?

We are not an authorized PMI R.E.P.; however, we are a third-party provider, so you will be able to manually file how many contact hours were experienced in the course. To do this:
  1. Submit your application through PMI.org "Report PDUs" page under the "Education" section
  2. Fill out the form as following:
    - Provider: Scrum Inc.
     - Course: Registered Product Owner™ (RPO) / Registered Scrum Master™ (RSM)
     - Contact person: Ethan Soo
     - Contact email: [email protected]
  3. The PDUs to be claimed are counted as 1 PDU per hour of instruction. In most cases this will be between 14-21 hours depending on the course.
  4. PDUs can be divided into three categories: technical, leadership, and strategic. You can find more information about the requirements in this PMI link.
